Information you provide
When you contact Takeoff SEO or request an automated audit, you may provide your name, business name, website, target locations, contact details and information about your business needs. These submissions are stored in the secure Takeoff SEO CRM so the request can be fulfilled and followed up.
How information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, produce a requested audit, assess service fit, prepare requested work and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold.
Public website information
The audit tool may retrieve publicly accessible content from the website you submit and may check third-party search data for the supplied business category and location. Snapshot results can vary by time, location and provider.
Analytics and advertising measurement
With your permission, Takeoff SEO uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and completed enquiries from advertising campaigns. Meta may receive event information such as the page visited, campaign identifiers and whether a visibility snapshot was completed. The Pixel loads only after you select Accept in the advertising-measurement notice. You can decline without affecting the website or visibility snapshot. Ordinary campaign parameters may still be stored with an enquiry so Takeoff SEO can understand how it was received.
